1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Players will be able to select a fantasy racing team lineup for each of 36 races during the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race season. Click here for up coming race schedule information including start times and dates. This promotion will consist of two periods each consisting of 18 races. The first period (“Challenge #1”) begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on 2/15/08 and ends 5 minutes before the start time of the 7/05/08 race. Important: You will not be able to select a team lineup for the All-Star Race on 5/17/08. The second period (“Challenge #2”) begins at 10:00 a.m. ET on 7/06/08 and ends 5 minutes before the start time of the 11/16/08 race. For each race, the top 45 players (as determined by the points earned based on their team lineup and finish for that race), will receive a Weekly Bonus Prize and the highest scoring player will also receive a Weekly First Prize. Additional prizes will be awarded at the end of each Challenge period based on the players with the highest cumulative point total for that period (see Rule #4 for prize details).
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Company, Fantasy Sports Ventures, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 10:00 a.m. (ET) on 2/15/08, visit www.gilletteyoungguns.com and follow instructions to register and select your team lineup. For each race, players will be able to select a different team lineup. Selections must be received 5 minutes before the start of each week’s scheduled race time. Limit one team lineup selection per person per race. Players are responsible for tracking race start times and dates. If more than one team lineup selection is received per person per race, only the first selection received will be eligible for that race.
• SELECTING A LINEUP: For each race, players must select a lineup consisting of 6 drivers: 2 Gillette Young Guns (“GYG”) drivers, 2 “Pool A” drivers and 2 “Pool B” drivers from the drivers listed in each of those categories on www.gilletteyoungguns.com. Players cannot select the same 2 GYG drivers in 2 consecutive races. When selecting a team lineup, players will also be required to provide the answers to two questions which will be used as a tie-breaker to determine prize winner(s) in the event of any ties.
• ACCUMULATING POINTS: Using the 2008 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points system, players will accrue points based on their team lineup and finish for each race. If penalty points are assigned by 11:00 p.m. ET two days following the race, weekly scores will be recalculated and Weekly Winners will be determined accordingly. If penalty points are assigned after 11:00 p.m. ET two days following the race, it will not affect the status of Weekly Winners for that race. However, after penalty points have been assigned, if different Weekly Winners are determined based on their recalculated scores, duplicate Weekly Prizes will be awarded for that race. Overall point totals for all players will be based on recalculated totals after penalty points have been assigned.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): (836) Challenge #1 prizes with a total approximate retail value of $28,509.67 are available to be won:

   The leader board of the highest ranking players will be posted at www.gilletteyoungguns.com at approximately 11:00 p.m. ET two days following each race. Winners will receive prizes in approximately 6 – 8 weeks from date of notification. Should a race(s) be cancelled, the prizes for that/those race (s) will not be awarded. Limit one prize per person or household per Challenge period with the exception of the Weekly Prizes. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
5. GENERAL RULES: Sponsor not responsible for race postponements or cancellations. If a prize valued at $25 or more is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more in cumulative value (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility that he/she has followed the Official Rules of the Challenge and has perpetrated no fraud AND will be required to complete a Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release Form. All documents must be completed and returned within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Winners will be notified by standard mail. Guests of trip winner(s) (or parent/legal guardian if guest is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability prior to travel. 7. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this Challenge will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its choice of laws or conflicts of law provisions.
